WAV, MP3 or M4A. A dry, unprocessed take sounds best. It plays a 5-second preview from where you start singing.

The knobs work here too.

What's inside

A dark, sedated underground vocal box. Syrupy tape drag, numbing compression and crushed grit sit next to a smoky echo tail and a one-flip jailhouse phone line. Turn it up and your verse sounds like it was recorded at 3am behind bars.

7 knobs on the front, a 14-stage vocal chain underneath.

  • LEANMoves the tape and pitch shift
  • PERCSMoves the compressor
  • ACIDMoves the grit and lo-fi
  • MOLLYMoves the doubler, width and chorus
  • KUSHMoves the reverb and delay
  • CELLMoves the lo-fi
  • BYPASSMoves the compressor, grit, lo-fi, tape, vocal eq, pitch shift, chorus and loudness
